We’re excited to bring our curriculum-linked drone workshops to your school. CageFlight sessions are designed for KS2–KS4 learners, combining hands-on flying with teamwork, STEM learning, and safe, structured challenges.

Booking is simple — choose your preferred date, select a workshop format (half-day, full-day, or multi-day), and we’ll handle the rest. Our team will provide risk assessments, insurance details, and setup requirements ahead of your session, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.

The process

Enquiry

Contact us with your preferred date, workshop type (half-day, full-day, or multi-day), number of pupils, and your school’s location.

Confirmation

We’ll check availability and send you a detailed quote along with package options to suit your timetable.

Preparation

Once confirmed, we’ll provide risk assessments, insurance certificates, and setup requirements (minimum 8m x 2m indoor space).

Workshop Delivery

Our DBS-checked instructors will arrive, set up the netted arena, deliver the session, and pack down — all you need to do is enjoy the day!

Required Booking Documents

To ensure a smooth and safe workshop delivery, we’ll provide — and request — the following documents before your session

What We May Request From You:

Confirmation of venue access times and setup location
Completed booking form with contact and session details
Emergency contact information for the school lead on the day

Risk Assessment (specific to your venue)
Public Liability Insurance Certificate
Method Statement outlining setup, delivery, and pack-down procedures
Staff DBS Certificates for peace of mind
Photo & Video Capture Request for Social Media/Marketing
